Applicable SAARC member states: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.
If you are not registering as an India or SAARC attendee and would like to register via wire transfer, please register directly online through the registration portal. If you have any trouble doing so, please contact Alexis Wisdom, RASSE 2023 Manager. Bank transfer payments will incur a $25 transaction fee and are non-refundable.
AUTHOR REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
- Each paper must be covered by an Author Registration fee.
- Each full author registration fee can cover up to 1 paper. If you are an author on more than 1 paper, you will need to purchase an Additional Paper Fee equal to $50.00 USD in the registration platform. Only 2 additional papers can be purchased.
- Accepted papers will be subject to the normal registration requirements of this conference.
- For an accepted paper to be presented, at least one author must be registered.
- Presentation certificates will be provided to those who have successfully presented their work during IEEE RASSE 2023.
